A fire broke out at the Diamond Building on Kangding Road in Wanhua District, Taipei City on the evening of June 23. Firefighters and emergency vehicles were dispatched immediately, evacuating 6 men and 5 women with no injuries reported. The fire was extinguished by firefighters around 7:08 pm. The initial assessment suggests that the fire originated from electrical wiring on the balcony of the 12th floor. Further investigation is underway to determine the exact cause of the fire.
