Another fire broke out at a famous restaurant on Fairness Street in Hualien. The 45-year-old 'Ouxiang Rice Noodle Soup' caught fire, possibly due to a cooking accident, resulting in the entire shop being engulfed in flames, spreading to other nearby shops. One chef was injured and hospitalized due to smoke inhalation, while other staff members managed to escape. This incident adds to a series of serious fires in Hualien, following the recent earthquakes, leaving the local business owners devastated.
