Ford is recalling approximately 90,700 vehicles, including the 2021-2022 Ford Bronco, Edge, Explorer, F-150, Lincoln Aviator, and Nautilus, due to a risk of engine intake valves cracking and breaking, which could lead to catastrophic engine damage or loss of power. There have been no reported accidents or injuries, and affected customers will be notified in early October. Dealers will replace engines free of charge for vehicles failing a cycle test, and customers may be reimbursed for prior repairs.
