Despite facing the moniker of 'TSMC being a talent black hole,' Zeiss sees benefits in proximity to TSMC to attract talent and enhance visibility. With a focus on semiconductor market potential in Taiwan, Zeiss plans to invest over 10 billion NTD in the next decade, promoting cooperation and talent exchange between Taiwan and Germany, highlighting the significance of Taiwan in the global semiconductor industry.
