On June 19th, 2024, the Taiwan stock market surged past 23,000 points, closing at 23,209 points, with foreign investors injecting a whopping 48.5 billion NT dollars into Taiwan stocks, marking the seventh largest transaction in history and the third largest this year. This significant increase led to a total of approximately 663 billion NT dollars being invested by foreign investors recently, contributing to the market value reaching 73.92 trillion NT dollars and surpassing last year's growth, making it the fastest in history with a market value increase of over 17 trillion NT dollars, outstripping the market value of over 10 major companies such as Chunghwa Telecom.
