Taiwan Stock Exchange opened at 23,532 points today, reaching a high of 23,628 points before closing at 23,556 points, marking a new record. Foreign investors shifted from buying to selling, with the top three sells being EVA Air, CTBC Financial Holding, and China Airlines, and the top three buys including Unison Taiwan High Yield Momentum (00939), Fuh Hwa Taiwan Value High Yield (00940), and Silicon Integrated (2363).
