Foxconn distributed a dividend of 5.4 Yuan per share on the ex-dividend day, with the stock opening at a high of 213 Yuan and almost half of the dividends taken. Approximately 790,000 shareholders participated in the dividend distribution, which is estimated to reach 74.86 billion Yuan in total, making founder Terry Gou the biggest winner with an expected 9.4 billion Yuan. Foreign institutions have upgraded their target price for Foxconn from 210 to 255 Yuan, as the stock price recently surpassed the retirement price of former chairman Gou. Analysts predict a median target price of 205 Yuan, with Goldman Sachs holding the highest target price at 257 Yuan among foreign firms.
