The Modi government has ordered a detailed investigation. In response, Foxconn released a five-point statement denying any discrimination based on marital status, gender, religion, or other forms of employment discrimination. They emphasized their commitment to global employee well-being, equal job opportunities, and compliance with local standards during the recruitment process.
