Despite this, Gen Z are the second most likely-to-be-hired job candidates, with millennials being the most popular choice. The research suggests that workers get easier to manage with age, with baby boomers being viewed as the easiest to manage. Instead of trying to make Gen Z workers easier to manage, businesses are advised to adapt to their unique talents and bold ideas to rejuvenate the workforce.
