A moment of kindness led to a tragic incident in Zhonghe, New Taipei City, where a man surnamed Xie, riding a motorcycle without a license, offered a lift to two men downhill. Despite his good intentions, Xie lost control and crashed downhill, resulting in the death and injury of the two men. Xie was subsequently sentenced for his actions. The incident, which occurred at a mountain road in Zhonghe District, involved Xie carrying two men surnamed Wu downhill without helmets, leading to an accident due to overloading and instability caused by the downhill slope. Xie was found guilty of causing the accident and faced legal consequences.
