In Chiayi, Taiwan, a man named Chen riding a red Harley-Davidson motorcycle crashed into a tree by the side of the road, resulting in both of his legs breaking. He was rescued successfully three hours later. The incident occurred on Route 26 in the early morning of the 29th. It is suspected that Chen, due to excessive speed, lost control while turning, causing him to fall and break his legs. Further investigation is needed to clarify the exact cause of the accident.
