Hedge fund firm Dymon Asia Capital is expanding its office space in Hong Kong's central business district, despite the city's record high premium office vacancies and declining rental rates. The new 7,000 square-foot office in Edinburgh Tower will accommodate over 70 employees, double its current capacity. Dymon has been growing its team in Hong Kong, with a 10% return in the first five months of the year, and plans to move into the new office in the early fourth quarter.
