HeJing expands production capacity in both Taiwan and Mainland

On July 6, 2024, HeJing's (6182) stock price rose for the fifth consecutive day by 3.46% to NT$41.85 with a trading volume of 14,300 shares and a net buy of 7,389 shares by institutional investors. HeJing is optimistic about the growth of silicon wafers and has simultaneously increased production capacity in both Taiwan and Mainland, aiming to expand 12-inch wafer capacity to over 200,000 pieces per month in both regions between 2025-2026. The mature technology of HeJing's products, with a focus on AI and electric vehicle demands, utilizing various substrates such as GaN with silicon wafers, can achieve benefits of size reduction and energy consumption. HeJing has also established a new business unit specializing in SOI (Silicon on Insulator), a high-margin product that is already profitable.
