Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) announced it will cut 5% of its workforce, equating to around 2,500 jobs, as part of a strategy to save approximately $350 million by 2027. This decision follows a forecast indicating quarterly revenue growth below expectations, attributed to the impact of U.S. tariffs affecting its server business. HPE's CEO indicated that price adjustments and leveraging the global supply chain are part of their efforts to mitigate the consequences of the trade policies.
