In Kaohsiung, a man engaged in a dispute with a female owner of a karaoke establishment over a thousand-dollar bar tab, escalating to the man viciously attacking her with wooden clogs on the street, causing severe head and facial injuries and bloodshed. The man continuously beat the woman, instructing her to kneel and kicking her head forcefully, resulting in multiple injuries. The man was arrested on the scene and faces charges for assault and other offenses.
