Reported 12 months ago

On July 2, 2024, the Longman Cultural and Educational Foundation held a seminar titled '4th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Version of National Security Law and Observations on the 27th Anniversary of Hong Kong's Transfer' in Taipei, with scholars discussing the profound impact of the National Security Law on Hong Kong's development and the relationship between Taiwan and Hong Kong. They emphasized that with the implementation of the National Security Law and the Maintenance of National Security Law, Hong Kong has transformed into 'China's Hong Kong,' facing unprecedented challenges to human rights and freedoms, raising concerns about the erosion of the 'one country, two systems' principle in Hong Kong.
