According to FTNN News, in the fourth quarter of last year, the road with the highest number of mortgage applications in New Taipei City was Sinyi Road in Xinzhuang with 223 applications. Sinyi Real Estate experts pointed out that this road is a major thoroughfare near the redevelopment areas of Xinzhuang's Toutou and Vice-Center, with newer properties, well-developed life functions in the old commercial district, and access to two MRT lines, attracting homebuyers who prefer this area over other redevelopment areas. The area is convenient for daily needs such as food, clothing, housing, and transportation, and is popular among both public transportation and commuting residence buyers.
