HSBC's new office in New York's Hudson Yards area has seen a rise in employee attendance to 80%, up from 40% at its former Bryant Park location pre-pandemic, according to CEO Michael Roberts. The move began in February, with traders set to relocate in June. The office offers a hybrid working policy, open spaces with Hudson River views, a coffee bar, wellness center, and customizable workspaces. Events like a "chair fair" and "workspace fair" have been held for employees to choose furniture and desk setups. The massage chair is a particularly popular feature.
