Nvidia CEO Huang Renxun recently ended his two-week visit to Taiwan and flew to Hawaii for a vacation. It was reported that close friend and TSMC founder Morris Chang had sold his Hawaii villa for 120 million New Taiwan dollars last year, expressing his preference for settling in Taiwan after retirement. Chang's villa, which he bought for approximately 240 million New Taiwan dollars in 2004, was reported to be sold for about 120 million New Taiwan dollars. Both Huang and Chang have deep connections and enjoy spending time in Hawaii, but Chang's decision to sell his property reflects his inclination towards Taiwan for his retired life.
