Susan Diamond has announced her resignation as CFO of Humana, effective January 11, 2025, as part of significant management changes following a new CEO's appointment. Celeste Mellet, currently CFO of Global Infrastructure Partners, will take over the role. Diamond, who has been with the company for 18 years, including three as CFO, will transition to an advisory position until the end of 2025. The changes come as Humana faces challenges, including rising medical claims and lower Medicare reimbursements.
