Peru's inflation rate in Lima has remained within the central bank's target range for the eighth consecutive month, reported at 2.27% in November. Monthly prices increased by 0.09% from October. The Central Bank of Peru confirms that inflation remains controlled, predicting it will stay within the annual range of 1% to 3%. Peru holds the lowest inflation rate among major Latin American economies, with a benchmark interest rate of 5%.
