Hurricane Beryl has restrengthened into a dangerous Category 4 storm as it nears the southeast Caribbean. The storm, with maximum sustained winds of 130 mph, was about 70 miles east of Grenada. Government officials have issued warnings for Barbados, St. Lucia, Grenada, Tobago, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, urging people to take shelter from the life-threatening winds and storm surge. Beryl is expected to impact these areas before heading into the Caribbean Sea and potentially weakening by midweek.
