Ilya Sutskever, the former Chief Scientist and co-Founder of OpenAI, announced the establishment of a new artificial intelligence company called Safe Superintelligence. The company aims to create a safe AI environment amid the generative AI boom and is based in Palo Alto and Tel Aviv. Sutskever is joined by former OpenAI researcher Daniel Levy and Daniel Gross, co-founder of Cue and former AI lead at Apple, as co-founders of Safe Superintelligence.
