In a tragic incident in Italy, 25-year-old Clelia Ditano fell to her death in an elevator shaft from a height of four stories when the elevator malfunctioned and the carriage did not arrive as she stepped into the open doors. The incident occurred in Fasano, in southern Italy's Brindisi province, where Ditano lived. Her uncle arrived at the scene shortly after the accident, expressing deep sorrow. Ditano's father described her as a cheerful and enthusiastic girl with many aspirations that were abruptly cut short by the accident.
