Jabra Confirms Exit from Consumer Headphone Market, Shift Focus to Business Products

Reported about 1 year ago

Jabra's CEO, Peter Karlstromer, has confirmed the company's decision to exit the consumer headphone market and instead concentrate on developing business application products. They will cease the Elite brand headphones and Talk series single-sided earpiece accessories for the consumer market, but will continue to offer services and technical support for these products in the coming years. Existing Elite brand headphones and Talk series products will continue to be sold in the market but are expected to be completely discontinued by the end of this year. Jabra, known for its sports headphones and competition with brands like Apple's AirPods, Sony, and Bose, plans to focus on the business application market for greater profit opportunities.
