Jacky Cheung, known as the 'God of Songs,' had to cancel his scheduled concerts at Taipei Arena from June 7th to 9th due to a RSV infection (respiratory syncytial virus). The sudden announcement left many fans in distress, with some trying to resell tickets at a higher price to bet on a possible reschedule. The cancellation had fans divided into two groups: those who bought scalped tickets left with only face value refunds and others who queued early in the hope of buying on-site tickets now left empty-handed. The organizer offered refund and compensation measures for the canceled shows, while the additional concerts on June 14th to 16th remain unaffected.
