In Jiangsu, China, a large boat malfunctioned and collided with a nearby barge in a river, leading to the smaller boat being quickly submerged by rising waters, causing 6 crew members to fall overboard with 2 still missing. This incident is one of several recent accidents in the region, including floods and infrastructure damage due to heavy rains.
