Jordan Spieth started strong with five birdies in the first six holes during the Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial Country Club but failed to make any more birdies for the rest of the day, finishing with an overall score of 67. Despite leading the leaderboard at one point, Spieth ended up four shots behind the clubhouse leader, Davis Riley, who shot 64 to reach 10 under.
