The July jobs report revealed disappointing figures, with only 114,000 jobs added and the unemployment rate rising to 4.3%. Claudia Sahm, chief economist at New Century Advisors, commented on Yahoo Finance that while the report is concerning, it does not constitute a crisis. She anticipates that the Federal Reserve will require action in September to address these issues.
