In a junior high school in Yilan County, a Taekwondo team male student was caught on video physically assaulting his senior school sister, sparking outrage. The male student who initiated the violence wrote a 'Letter of Repentance' today, apologizing for his actions, while his mother expressed willingness to take responsibility for her child. The incident, which occurred on June 5th, involved hair pulling, kicking, slapping, punching, and choking, with the violent behavior occurring in the presence of a Taekwondo coach. The school has initiated an investigation and counselling for the involved students.
