With a net loss of $29 million on revenue of $375 million last year, compared to a loss of over $65 million on revenue of $279 million in 2022, the company includes KKR and an entity controlled by Robert Powers among its major investors. OneStream, which specializes in software for CFOs and finance teams, attracted investments from partners like Tidemark, Partners Fund Capital, and Alkeon Capital Management, aiming for a Nasdaq listing under the symbol OS.
