The Kuomintang (KMT) initiated the 'Bluehawk Action' today, causing disturbance to the students at Successful High School and prompting them to change classrooms. The KMT mobilized to counter the 'Bluebird Action' after the Legislative Yuan's vote on parliamentary reform proposed by the Executive Yuan was defeated. The noise from the KMT supporters disrupted classes, leading to students being relocated to different classrooms by the school. The Taipei City Department of Education clarified that they did not intend for the students to endure the noise, prioritizing the students' right to education.
