Kodiak Robotics has successfully delivered its first autonomous truck produced directly from a factory production line, following an upgrade by Roush Industries. The truck, equipped with Kodiak's virtual driver, was delivered to Atlas Energy Solutions, marking a significant step towards transforming the freight and logistics market. Both companies aim to scale production to hundreds of trucks by the end of 2026, while Kodiak plans to go public through a SPAC merger in September.
