Mrs. Dong, a Burmese immigrant in Taiwan, joined a training program organized by the Labor Department's Labor Development Bureau to learn baking and beverage-making skills in hopes of starting her own food and beverage business. After completing the program, she successfully obtained certifications and enhanced her employment abilities. Through the training, she not only gained new skills but also formed friendships with immigrants from different countries, creating a supportive community. With the support and guidance received, Mrs. Dong was able to realize her dream of entrepreneurship and contribute to her local community with her new culinary creations.
