Labor Department’s Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli Branch has been promoting the 'Micro-Entrepreneur Phoenix' program for 7 years, offering guidance and courses to over 15,022 individuals and helping 686 people secure loan funds. One success story is 43-year-old Lai Sijia who, with the support of the program, founded PRAUS, a skincare brand that emphasizes organic, natural ingredients to cater to sensitive skin. The program not only provides startup capital but also assigns mentors for continuous guidance. Lai successfully overcame initial funding obstacles and aims to expand her brand's presence while promoting sustainability and social responsibility.
