A shocking car accident on the Zhongshan Bridge in Sanzhong, New Taipei City, resulted in a chain collision involving three cars, leaving 5 people injured and hospitalized. The accident occurred when a 70-year-old man surnamed Xiao attempted to change lanes towards Xinzhuang direction, felt dizzy, and accidentally collided with a 45-year-old man surnamed Huang driving a gravel truck. The impact caused Xiao to lose control and hit a 51-year-old man surnamed Cai driving a sedan in the opposite lane. Despite the severity of the collision, all 5 injured individuals were treated at the hospital with no major injuries. Police are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
