Regarding the issue of the constitutional interpretation of the parliamentary reform bill, Legislator Huang Kuo-chang has raised questions and criticisms. Huang had requested the grand justices to conduct verbal debates, emphasizing that not doing so would damage the credibility of the Constitutional Court. However, Executive Yuan commissioner Lin Ming-hsin stated that verbal debates are not a necessity for the Constitutional Court. Huang criticized this stance, questioning if decisions are made solely based on one-sided opinions without verbal debates. He highlighted the importance of this case and urged for a fair and just decision-making process by the Constitutional Court while expressing concerns about the government's handling of the issue.
