In Taipei's Datong District, a Tesla was recently vandalized without reason, prompting the police to track down and arrest two male suspects surnamed Li for questioning. The suspects, aged 40 and 33, claimed to have no direct involvement and emphasized 'standing by their friends,' but the police remain sceptical and are investigating further for possible masterminds. Following the incident, the police swiftly formed a task force, leading to the apprehension of the suspects in New Taipei City and Taoyuan. The case will be prosecuted for threats and vandalism as the police ensure strict consequences for violent acts and enhance patrolling to maintain public safety in the jurisdiction.
