Apple's macOS 15 Sequoia, named after California's Sequoia National Park, further strengthens the synergy between iPhone models and Mac, allowing users to mirror and control iPhone features and content on Mac through Continuity. Users can access iPhone apps, content, and even receive real-time messages on Mac without unlocking the iPhone, making multitasking and data transfer between devices seamless. The update also introduces window management improvements, background removal in FaceTime, Safari enhancements for increased battery life, and AI-powered features for password management and web browsing. Additionally, Apple announces Metal 3 for gaming, a new Game Porting Toolkit 2 for easier game transition to Mac, iPhone, and iPad, with upcoming Ubisoft titles including Assassin's Creed: Valhalla coming to Mac and iPad.
