Malaysia Airlines flight returns to Kuala Lumpur due to pressurization problem

Malaysia Airlines confirmed that one of its flights heading to Bangkok had to turn back to Kuala Lumpur International Airport due to a pressurization issue. The emergency descent was initiated by the pilots, although the cabin altitude was not exceeded, and oxygen masks were not deployed. The aircraft landed safely back at Kuala Lumpur International Airport with 164 passengers and 12 crew members on board, and an investigation is currently underway.
