A man surnamed Zhou and others falsely claimed to have tickets for Hong Kong singer Jacky Cheung's concert in Taiwan, which were in high demand, and scammed approximately 21 victims by tricking them into transferring money and then disappearing. The total financial loss was estimated to be over 300,000 HKD. The Criminal Investigation Bureau arrested Zhou and sent him for prosecution. The fraud scheme involved using social media to lure victims seeking tickets for the popular concert, emphasizing the importance of using official ticket platforms and avoiding private transactions to prevent falling victim to fraud.
