In a terrifying incident outside a department store in Tianmu, Taipei, a man wanted to take a taxi to Taoyuan but didn't follow the vehicle queuing order. When reminded and refused service by the driver, he chased and attacked the driver with a samurai sword. The man then walked in the middle of the road shirtless, waving the sword, injuring the driver. The suspect, after multiple charges of attempted murder, acted erratically and violently towards authorities. This incident highlights the dangers faced by taxi drivers in maintaining order while ensuring safety.
