In Zhejiang, China, a man purchased 3 parking spaces in an underground parking lot, where he parked his son's 3 toy cars. Despite property management and security guards insisting on moving the toy cars for other residents' parking needs due to 'insufficient parking spaces', the man refused. The property management and security guards later smashed and removed the toy cars, prompting the man to demand 60,000 RMB (approx. 25,000 NTD) in compensation, citing the toy cars as expensive limited edition ones. The court ruled in favor of the man, ordering the property management to pay 59,000 RMB (approx. 25,000 NTD) in compensation for the violation of the man's property rights and ensure his parking spaces' proper use, suggesting the community increase parking supply to address the residents' needs.
