After unexpectedly losing his wife just 2 minutes after bidding her farewell in an accident, Xu turned the place they built together into a meeting spot for other victims' families, providing comfort and support. The new law has seen an increase of over 600 million yuan in compensation issued since its implementation. Xu opened a pizza restaurant in their gardening workshop to serve as a gathering place for crime victims and their families, offering activities and support to help them through tough times.
