After another rider posted footage online, mocking the man as 'the Zhao Yun of Lin-Yuan, fearlessly riding against a sea of enemies, truly daring,' the police issued a fine of NT$600 to NT$1800 for violating traffic regulations. Netizens condemned the reckless act as 'seeking death,' criticizing the man for endangering others by riding against traffic without care.
