A 46-year-old man named Xu in New Taipei City attacked a 37-year-old man named Lu with a knife after encountering him at his ex-girlfriend's home in Xinzhuang. Lu suffered injuries to his hands but is in stable condition in the hospital. The incident stemmed from Xu's jealousy over his ex-girlfriend's new relationship. Police are currently pursuing Xu, and the motive behind the attack is still under investigation.
