A 55-year-old man surnamed Guo became so drunk after a gathering in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, that he couldn't pay his taxi fare when returning to Taoyuan's Dayuan District around 7 pm on June 12, 2024. The taxi driver had to take him to the Dayuan Police Station for assistance since Guo was unresponsive, leading the police to contact his brother to cover the fare and take him home to rest. Guo's brother apologized for the inconvenience and paid the fare after finding out his brother had safely returned.
