A man in Taichung claimed to be in a bad mood and started 'playing basketball' in the middle of the road, even kicking the basketball like a soccer ball, hitting the rearview mirror of a motorcycle ridden by a woman. The incident, captured on video by bystanders, showed the man dribbling across the road carelessly and completely ignoring the safety of others. Identified as Mr. Hong, this behavior has been seen in the Donghai commercial district area. Police stated that playing basketball in the road is considered a public danger and will be legally dealt with, while the woman rider chose not to press criminal charges but warned nearby road users to be cautious.
