In Taoyuan City, a 33-year-old Vietnamese man named Huang evaded police after running a red light on Wanshou Road Section 3, but was eventually caught. It was revealed that Huang was a missing migrant worker, so he panicked and tried to escape but was apprehended. The police spotted him running the red light, chased him for 5 minutes, and caught him on Datong Road. Huang's fear of exposure led to his reckless escape attempt.
