On June 10, 2024, in Kaohsiung, Mr. Lin ordered a fast-food meal through a delivery platform and paid an extra 69 yuan for a fried chicken leg. However, upon receiving the meal, he found that the chicken leg had shrunk significantly and was as small as a lighter. The operator explained that the specifications of the chicken leg had not changed and advised consumers to request a refund or exchange if the product does not meet standards.
